We would like to invite you to our next Annual General Meeting including a yummy afternoon tea!
The meeting will be on: 11 April 2010
from: 3 - 6 pm
at: Women's Centre, 4 Warnock Street, Grey Lynn
Agenda:
1. Apologies
2. Receiving and accepting the minutes of the last meeting
3. Receiving and accepting the annual report of the Chairwoman
4. Receiving and accepting the annual report of the Treasurer
5. Elections of
a) Chairwoman / Chairwomen
b) Treasurer
c) Secretary
6. Appointing an Auditor
7. Deciding on the directions for the next year's activities
8. Setting the subscriptions fees for the coming year
9. Matters arising
It would be great to see you all at the meeting but encourage especially our members (a minimum of 10 full members is necessary to constitute a quorum)!
